To use, trim the bottom of the corn so the ear can stand upright, or secure it on a nail for stability. Place the corn cob cutter over the top of the ear with the blades facing downward. Press down while gently rocking the cutter back and forth, working your way down the cob. The cutter expands or contracts to follow the diameter of the ear.
