All American 1930 – Lifetime Limited Warranty
Covered by the manufacturer
• Applies to All American 1930 cookware, bakeware, Dutch ovens, and pressure-canners used for normal household use (not commercial use).
• Covers the original retail consumer purchaser, or someone who receives the product new and unused as a gift (with proof of purchase).
• The warranty lasts for as long as you own the product (“Lifetime”) provided you maintain it properly.
• What the manufacturer will do: At their option, they will repair or replace the product at no charge if a defect in materials or workmanship is found. If the same product is no longer in production, they may provide one of equivalent value.
• What you must do: Contact manufacturer customer support at 1-920-686-2701 or customerrelations@wafco.com and provide proof of purchase. The claim should be made within 30 business days of discovering the issue.
• What is not covered: Damage from abuse, misuse, modifications, commercial use, neglect, overheating or failure to follow instructions. Some parts are excluded (for example: for pressure-canners the gauge, over-pressure plug, wing nuts, clamp bolt, etc.).
• Additional notes: The warranty gives you specific legal rights; state laws may provide additional rights.
Authorized Retailer Return / Warranty Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
• To return an item, you must first request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling 1-800-251-8824 or emailing sales@redhillgeneralstore.com. Provide your name, invoice number, purchase date, address, phone, e-mail, product and reason for return.
• The merchandise must be returned in new, resaleable condition, with original box, manuals, factory packaging. Returns without an RMA may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days may also have a 20% fee.
• Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping charges and any damage during shipping. We recommend using original box, adequate packaging, and insurance for the value of the merchandise.
Refunds: The purchase amount will be refunded less shipping.
• After 30 days: Manufacturer’s warranty may apply (see above) as opposed to the retailer’s 30-day return window.

• Buy with confidence: The product is backed by a lifetime limited warranty from the manufacturer for defects in materials/workmanship when used normally at home.
• We also give you a 30-day satisfaction window: if the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days under our retail policy.
• Keep your proof of purchase/receipt, original packaging, and follow the return steps carefully.
• Note the difference: our retailer policy is about returns/change-of-mind or early issues; the manufacturer warranty is about long-term defects and covers the product lifespan (subject to terms).
• Don’t assume everything is covered: damage from misuse, commercial use, missing packaging/parts, or returns without an RMA may not be covered or may incur fees.
All of our products are first quality and factory new. If you are not satisfied with any AllAmericanCanner.Com product you may return it within 30 days for replacement or refund.
