It won't hold 7 wide mouth pints. Other than that 5 Stars

testing pressure gauge
I've owned my 910 for 34 years and thought perhaps it's time to have the Extension Office test the gauge for accuracy, especially since I live at 5000 ft. altitude. However, the lid doesn't fit their device and the gauge must be removed to test it. Does anyone have experience with this? I've canned lots and make revisions for high altitude and the food has always been fine.

old style brass valve.
perhaps it\'s just me, but I can\'t stand the newer style jiggler valve. I aquired an old style 921 last year and I absolutely love my silent giant canner.
what I want to know, is this old style valve still purchasable, from either old stock, or new manufacture because if I buy a new canner, I\'m definitely removing the new style jiggler and going retro.

My black enamel cenn
My black enamel cennar leaves marks on my white stove top when I am using it I tried putting tin foil under the rings of the burner this helped, but still yellow and black marks really tough to remove. Do you know how I can avoid this?

Love my All American
I tried all types of Mirror and Presto canners before purchasing my All American. I LOVE it. East to use and seals every time. No rubber gasket to worry about. Well worth the money.

Let them eat fish! (just not smoked)
910 & 915 fish canning
"As recommended by the USDA the model 910 and 915 are not recommended for canning smoked fish because these units heat and cool too quickly for safe processing of smoked fish."

This is only for smoked fish and only pertains to the 910 and 915 canners.

Hope this helps!
